Our practice in this area ranges from litigation, intellectual property and trade mark registration and filing the necessary application for technology acquisition and protection before the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Protection (NOTAP). We are currently representing a Nigerian Company, BTH, jointly owned by Belarusian and Lithunian Companies in Trade Mark and NOTAP registrations. We are also currently representing an Entertainment Company in a law suit instituted by one of the leading musical artiste in Nigeria.
