Mr. Inegedu, is the Firm’s Senior Partner and Head of Practice. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Inegedu, has in his about 20-year career, worked on a broad range of commercial transactions involving banks and other financial institutions, Energy & Natural Resources, Construction & Real Estate, Entertainment, Property and Procurement law. He has also in the course of his professional career represented various clients ranging from State Governments, Multinational firms, Banks and Financial Institutions, Telecommunication service providers and regulatory bodies in all hierarchy of Courts in Nigeria. His core areas of practice are Dispute Resolution, Financial Services, Energy and Natural Resources, Employment, Construction, Sports and FinTech.
He has led and participated in multi-jurisdictional teams in corporate transactions relating to schemes of mergers & acquisition, Joint Ventures, project developments, structuring and finance of mining and construction projects, amongst others.
Mr. Inegedu, an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, has previously worked with M.J. Onigbanjo & Co, and Paul Usoro & Co, where he gathered a wealth of experience. He has attended several international and local conferences, and is a member of the International Bar Association; the Nigerian Bar Association, the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association, and the International Technology Law Association. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002 and is a Notary Public.
