intellectual property, entertainment law, capital market, dispute resolution, debt recovery, insurance law,
medical law, family law, real estate, telecommunications law, to name a few.
In the past, Innocent had been under the strict tutelage of a former Attorney General of Akwa Ibom State
and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
Over the years, Innocent has advised several corporate clients and entertainers on various transactions
regarding case management, mediation & arbitration, the tax, intellectual property and contractual
implications of various transactions.
Furthermore, under the Firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, Innocent also participates actively
in the said program and collaborates with various Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in the defence
